Freezer is fine, refrigerator is too warm my refrigerator is general electric and model nunber is GTS22WCMARWW I WOULD LIKE TO HELP ME FIX IT THANK YOU CAMORA@OPTONLINE.NET

If so, you need an ohm meter to first check the heater in the freezer. If the heater is good, it is most likely the motherboard. There is a defrost thermostat above the evaporator coil, if you want to check it 2, but it is usually the heater or the motherboard on your model. Tom ApplianceEducator.com - Parts

Once you get the ohm meter, pull the back off of the freezer section, and on the bottom of the coil there is the heater mounted inside of a bracket. Take the 2 phillip head screws out that hold the bracket in place, and gently pull the wires off of each end, and then put you red meter lead on one terminal, and the black lead of your meter on the other terminal of the heater, and if your meter pointer moves it is good, and you would need to replace the motherboard, if it does not move, replace the heater. Also if you defrost the coil, with a blow dryer, you can get about 5 days of good cooling. Tom ApplianceEducator.com - Parts

Tom ApplianceEducator.com - Parts Hello, Sorry to keep bother you but i may a little with not experience in this , first i do not have ohm meter with a meter pointer my ohm meter is digital. 2 - when you refer to a ( heater mounted inside a bracket) you talking about ( heater def , Part number : AP2639820) OR ( Heater conduction, Part Number : AP3189519) which one it is? And also when you talking about replacing the motherboard you refer to ( BOARD ASM MAIN CONTROL, Part Number :AP4436216) I just want to understand completely. The motherboard is AP4436216. So if you set your digital meter on ohms, and put in lead on one end of the heater terminal, and the other meter lead on the other end of the heater terminal, and you get any reading on your digital meter, the heater is good. Hi Tom,
I have the exact same fridge with the exact same problem! However I could not find the part number you recommended for the motherboard (AP4436216) in your previous post. I did find AP4297272 - is this an equivalent part to replace the GE Part WR55X10942?
Please advise.

I have a similar problem with a GE GSS25JFMACC refrigerator. The Heater and defrost thermostat measure continuity. How do I check the Control board?
