I am considering ordering the outer black glass Assy for my oven. The part number I found here is AP3120687. How difficult is it to change this out? It will be me doing this and I am not an appliance person. I am trying to figure out by just looking at my oven - if I can get to the screws to change it out. Of course, I will need to know if I need a special tool as well.

Thanks.

Hi Sandra,

As you said, the part number for the black outer door glass is AP3120687

The most complicated part of this repair is the door removal from the range. The process is described in the "Use and care" book, page 13.

Place the door on a flat surface with the front of the door facing down and start the disassembly from the inner door panel (door liner).

Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool oven Model RBS305PDB10

Gene.
