Dish washer is 1year and 1month old.
On start up, water starts to fill, then stops, waits 2 to 3 minutes then drains, followed by nothing happening other than the cycle light staying on until it indicates cycle completion. At this point, when the door is opened, the soap dispenser has opened and the soap content has run down the inside of the door. This is typical for all cycles.
I have removed, cleaned and reinstalled the water inlet valve, it had very little filter debris.

Please advise.
