probably wrong model number
this is an exhaust fan for a bathroom
Broan is make.
size is a square 7 3/4 " per side.
it looks like the part number AP3539281 from your site.

However mine has only one speed switch - the part description says 2 speed.
.
the electric power is good so it seems to be the motor and fan.. i assume this part can be changed as it has a short power cord that plugs into the box.

Your best bet and cheapest outlet is to go to home depot or Lowes and get a new unit,remove the motor and blade and install it into your old unit. Seen it.
