I was getting the dreaded F1 message with constant beeping. I ordered a new touch control unit (the part that includes the clock), and stuck it in there. All the buttons get a response except for the up and down arrows that should set the temperature I want. Can't tell what else might be wrong.

Any ideas?

Did you replace the clock (control board) or the key panel (membrane switch)?
