Dryer won't shut off after I open the door. I have 2 young boys so safety is an issue.

Here are some repair pix. See that white button on the first pic? ( to the right of the screwdriver and above the nomenclature tag) That one might be stuck. Seen it. Wiggle it a bit. make it pop out and clean it up. It might have some junk on it. Or just replace it. To remove it you squeeze on the locking tabs and push it out the panel. Take care to look at the wires IF you have a light in the dryer. If you gets em backwards then the dryer will run with the door open and shut down when door is closed.
