But now the wheel in between the motor and the pump just spins, so it is not agitating @ all. The belt seems to B loose now. What did I do wrong????

OK when I took the pump and motor off I did not see a pin I thought that a set pin should B there. So if thats the case I need 2 buy a roll pin...
