:( About a month ago we noticed everything thawed and the freezer was all frosted over, we cleaned it but nothing would freeze very hard. We thought the door had been left ajar and this happened 2 more times over the past month now it just wont freeze . Last night we took the back cover off and cleaned it all real good but still nothing. The fridge side remains nice and cold. Any ideas?

Pull freezer back panel and check frost pattern, if little frost, you have a serious refrigerant leak or a bad compressor, both expensive to fix. Please post results
