my washer does not spin at the high spin cycle but it drain the water out.it is front loader and it is also direct drive.also remind you it spin at low spin cycle but not at high

We really cannot tell anything until we have the full model number, particularly since if it is a front loader it is almost certainly belt driven and not direct drive.

If you will post the model number we should be able to give you some ideas, possibly a motor control board or the main control board.

sorry this is whirpool and it is top loader not front loader and it is direct drive ,like it has a motor cupling model# LSQ9010PW0

Ok, good, thanks for clearing that up.

Your symptoms are indicative of a failing clutch. Here is a web site that will explain how to replace it
