The electronic burner on the right front of stove is not igniting. But it is igniting between the gas valve and venturi. I removed the front control panel cover on the valve controls and noticed that when I turn the right front burner on the burner irself tries to ignite but it only ignites between the valve stem and the venturi shutter opening. I am thinking it is the venturi, but I am not sure. Could be clogged. Strange for the starting flame to start at the valve stem and venturi shutter, when it should be igniting at the burner. So anyone who may know what the possible part or problem is that is causing this would be helpfull. Thanks!

Check for any broken tubes and/or connections.

Check if the burner is placed in the right way.
