The clock or face index's, you can hear the pump run to fill the tub and heat up. Then it would seem to "wash" then empty. The arm on the bottom doesn't rotate. It's in the same place every time you open the door.

Ok, This is the latest. Double checked all connections. Everything looks good. Went to run quick rinse, The clock indexed on the face for awhile, It had filled with water. But the motor didn't run. The clock showed 2, then emptied. I don't get it. This has me frustrated.

I can not believe it but sounds like the control board or the wash motor bad.

Check if the power is coming to the motor when the control calls for the wash.

The best I can tell is this, I have 120volts on the one leg at the control board for the motor and not the other. I didn't check down at the capacitor. So would mean the motor is shot?

Did you unplug the motor connector before testing the power?

Did you measure the power between the hot and the neutral at the motor plug?
