What's the best way to replace the motor? Remove the front panel? How do you take it off?

its either wed6500sqo or wed6500sq0 (either the last digit is a 0 or an o)

yes, purchased in ohio. I copied the model number off the front of the unit. the invoice also has that model listed.

Check the name plate on the door frame. This model number does not come up anywhere. It could be "6200" or "6400".
