I tried to run a load in my washer and when I pulled the knob to turn it on, it did not begin to fill. It began agitating. I moved the dial further to the spin cycle and it just agitated. It won't fill or spin, just agitate. I'm agitated. Where do I look for help to stop all this agitation?

You probably have a bad water level switch. Also try another cycle in spin. If it still agitates, you probably have a welded contact in the timer.Just pull the cover off and check.
