I replaced the clutch, and it does spin now. The only problem is it is still trying to agitate while spinning in the spin cycle. Seems like half of the problem was solved, any ideas for the rest?

If the movement of the agitator in spin fails to bunch the clothes and cause other problems like increased motor current in spin, or noticeable noises, I would run it till the tranny fails. Either that, or put a new tranny in.
I have seen slight movement in the agitators before, without seeing yours, it's hard to tell if yours is "normal" or not.
