Originally it was "F3", then it switched (with the new sensor) to "F1" and with the new clock it shows "F3" again? Is it right?

Gene. That is correct. First had F1 put in new sensor then got F3. Put in new clock and still getting F3.

Looks to me like there is something wrong with the wire harness and/or plugs. I would eliminate the sensor plug on the back of the range and use a high temperature porcelain wire nuts instead. Gene.
