Hello all. Common home owner trying to fix my washer here.

I have a Maytag Washer model MVWC565FW0 purchased at the end of 2016. Within the last month, we noticed the clothes still really wet after cycle is complete. I have even tried forcing a spin and drain but that doesn't help. What i noticed is when its time to spin, i hear it spinning and water rushing out of the tub then it stops starts stops and stays stopped. Then eventually moves onto the next part of the cycle. Its like its tries to get up to speed but fails. The clothes seem clean (maybe not quite as they should be) but really wet. So wet that we have to wring them out before putting them in the dryer.

A google search told me that these washers have computers in them with error codes. I tried following the procedures on a youtube video. When the codes come up, it shows SENSOR which i believe is F followed by SENSOR + RINSE + DRAIN which is I believe E41. I cleared the codes and ran another cycle and that same group of codes came back.
