The Thermal Fuse in the ice maker wiring harness keeps blowing.
Fridge: KSC24C8EYY02
Ice Maker Wiring Harness : W10861655

Water Inlet Valve(s) tested OK.
Heating Element tested within range @ 72 Ohms (H-L)
Valve tested within range @ 160 Ohms (N-V)
Coil Test OK between 500-1500 Ohms

When I plug the Ice Maker Motor Module straight in to 120V with pigtail, the motor turns as expected. There are no visible signs inside the ice maker module of black or burned areas.

Which parts would most likely cause the Thermal Fuse to immediately blow?
I can purchase new Module and new Heating Element but would rather identify the faulty component causing the Thermal Fuse to blow.
