Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/24/2017(UTC) Posts: 1		Model #JGBP35BEJ1BB. Unit is 10+ years old. Ran self-clean cycle. After cycle "Locked Door" message never cleared, even though door can be opened. Unplugged oven, tried running another clean cycle, etc. "locked door" code clears for a bit, then comes back. Tried using oven. Oven comes up to temperature, then shuts off after approximately 15 minutes, then "locked door" code flashes again. I was told that maybe it was the control board. Changed the control board. It did not fix the problem. Help! Any suggestions? Thanks! :)
