This washer is at one of my rental houses. The renters are having problems with it stopping after the wash cycle. It will not continue to pump out the water or continue to the spin cycle. On many occasions they can use a small bucket to bail some water out and it will start the rinse and spin cycles without help.

It seems to stop at the same place each time as shown in the picture attachment.
