We have a Whirlpool washer that bounces all over the place while spinning out ant it is getting worse. It has been leveled so that should't be the problem any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hoglie,
Try the bounce test! While the tub is empty open the lid push down on each of the corners of the tub. Let go rapidly if the tub bounces up and down several times on any of the corners, then the suspension rod/springs are bad. Those supports should only bounce back up and stop. If they bounce, you can purchase replacement springs right here @

I recommend to replace all 4 at the same time or else you will be chasing uneven loads until you do!

When you push down on any corner it pops back up and then wobbles for a few seconds,so I'm guessing it needs the rods, now here's a question how do I access them just to double check and replace them on this model? Thanks in advance.

On your model you must unscrew the two retaining screws at the back side of the lid at the hinges, as well as remove the wire harness cover at the back right side of machine to lift the lid. Then slide the lid forward lift about 1/4 inch then slide backward to lift completely open.

I got and installed new stabilizer rods and re-leveled the washer but it still bounces although not as bad but still doing it. What else can be done?

I would imagine there is some bounce during the initial stage of the spin cycle which is common for it to wobble just a bit. The machine itself shouldn't bounce up and down however.
Something to keep in mind is to wash balanced loads. In other words don't wash say a large bath towel and several t-shirts. Wash only "like items" to prevent unbalance (all towels or all light weight clothes).
