The dishwasher in my home was from 2006 and started to act up around 2019. In the past we have been able to do a quick reset and it's been fine, then it started to stop mid-cycle holding water in the base. The panel would still power on and show the LED, which means the power supply controlling the digital circuit is still functional and rules out of the fuse. While the thermal fuse was a possibility I thought this control circuit is aging and some of the components were probably causing the erratic behavior. I bought a thermal fuse just as a backup in case it may also need to be replaced. However, by replacing the main control board, which is also the digital power supply, it fixed all problems without further intervention.
