I have turned off the refrig at the breaker.... and turned it back on after 90 sec. Any ideas what to try? I feel like Goldie Locks--- too cold.... too warm.

Gary,Try this with the refrigerator. Model PSI23NGMBBB

Move the refrigerator out and remove power to the machine, remove the compressor compartment cover, and vacuum all the lint, dust etc. from the condenser coil, fan and blade, also clean the surrounding area, kick plate grille, etc. Put the refrigerator back, reset both the controls to mid range (5) and let the unit run and cycle for 24 hours, then check the temperature. Also, (if equipped) turn OFF the "custom cool" bin control, until the temperatures equalize. The controls set at mid range should give you temperatures of 0 dgrs in the freezer and 38 dgrs (+/- 2 dgrs) in the refrigerator.

The microwave, is a product we have little to no information on, but based on your post information, the display would be the place to start. You would want to contact the manufacturer for any service or parts information you may need.
