Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/30/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a neptune mah5500bww front load washer. Im getting an FL error code, which means the door won latch. I turned the washer on and off pre the owners manual and that did not fix it. I can here the door trying to latch put the error code returns after a few seconds. It did this mid cycle. Is this a board problem or a latch switch problem.

I have the same problem as the thread starter. Have already replaced the door latch assembly, and the unit worked for a while. Problem has returned, although the door is easier to close than before. The door lock loop appears to be OK, and I suspect the motherboard. How do I troubleshoot that? Note: This Neptune is model MAH5500BWW and thanks for any advice.
