Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/15/2009(UTC) Posts: 18		The fresh food thermostat was turned from 5 to 7 to obtain 38 deg.F. temp.The freezer thermostat was turned from 5 to 6 yet the temp is 18 to 20 deg.F.I understand that the freezer temp should be 0 deg..F. to 5.deg. F. Gene and Woodchuckle your input is required to resolve hopefully this last problem.Thanks in advance.

If there is not 100% of thin snow then most likely there is a problem with the sealed system. It can be low on Freon. It can be a restriction in the system. In such situation it has to be tested by a certified technician. Gene.
