With a stuck drain solenoid is the pump moving water out the drain and into the spray head at the same time when it should be doing one or the other. Resulting in low pressure on the spray head.

The drain solenoid seems to be functioning at least I can see it cycle with maybe a 3/8" move.

Yes, it's a float switch in the left corner...A stuck solenoid will cause a drain and wash at the same time. So you can manually move the timer around and see the solenoid engage and disengage, if that is the case, you may have a bad flapper seal in the pump causing it to drain and wash at the same time which would require the pump to be replaced.

A new pump and a new timer in a 9 year old dishwasher is not what you would call a smart investment. Would you agree? I want to thank you for all your help it is deeply appreciated.
