F7E1 error on a Kenmore Top-load washer - W10338635

Yesterday the washer would initiate and fill once started but wouldn't spin. The tachometer test was failing and I was getting an F7E1 error. I replaced the shift assembly w/ tachometer and now running that test passes. I got excited thinking I'd fixed the issue but now when I press start to run a cycle the Fill and Lock light initiate but it just sits and does nothing. If I run the Auto test all looks to go through fine with no error (the lock light never starts blinking) however when it runs through the test you still never get a spin or wash cycle it just fills the water, the bottom of the tub sounds to move around and the water drain.
Any ideas on what is telling my washer to not engage now?

Any ideas on what is telling my washer to not engage now? I'd run it through the recalibration sequence and it will probably go. Good luck with your machine.
