Hi,

I have a Frigidaire double wall oven FEB30T7FCC that isn't working. We had used the self cleaning function and it operated for several hours before the control panel went blank. I had this happen about a year before and reset the thermal switch in the back of the oven. My wife used the self cleaning function again and the same issue occurred. Unlike the first time, when I reset the thermal switches it didn't restore power to the unit.

My question is whether this is a control panel issue, or could it be anything else. The circuit breaker was turned off and on, as well as the thermal switch, and there still is no indication of any power to the unit. Would you suggest replacing the control unit? I assume the power initially comes to the unit and if there isn't any navigability using the panel, then it must be damaged. Is that a reasonable guess?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions. It's appreciated.
