My wife was cleaning and pulled swiped her cleaning towel under the bottom front edge of the washer and pulled out 2 wires (white and blue) from underneath.
Without me having to unhook and squeeze around this machine so I can lean it back to get under it, can anyone tell me what these wires might be for?

Machine seems fine, everything seems to work.
Wires themselves seem neatly cut, not frayed or stretched. makes me wonder if they were for some option on this machine that was not installed so they just go nowhere and I don't need to fret.

Thanks to all!

Please double check you model number and reply. The number you gave isn't complete or valid.

If these wires are from your machine it may be that the blue wire is to your motor and controls medium speed or low speed depending if you have a two or three speed motor. You may not even notice it being an issue if you don't use gentle cycle.
Now if the white wire is solid white that is the common neutral from the motor and the motor shouldn't run if it is cut, unless the other end is shorted out against metal.
I would suggest looking to see what's actually going on for safety purposes.

Clarification:
one wire is LIGHT BLUE
OTHER WIRE IS WHITE WITH BLACK STRIPE.

I leaned it back and had a pretty good view of the underside of the washer. But I didn't spot any obvious place where they would go to.

Are they just loose wires that are not connected to the machine at all?
