Dryer won't run when the start button is pushed. It says it is drying but the drum won't spin. Tried powering down and resetting but didn't help. No error code shows up. Wondering if it might be a thermal fuse?

Replying to my post of yesterday. Troubleshooting diagnostics on machine seemed to lead to a false conclusion. Dismantled machine with help from online video. Heating unit thermal fuse checked good but outgoing exhaust thermal fuse was open. Temporarily jumpered to prove . The dryer ran. Will order part Monday. Also be careful the metal on the machine can be very sharp. Found out the hard way. Wore gloves second time.
