Took your recommendation and put in Diffuser but Fridge still Freezes. I want to fix fridge what is my next option to fix this problem. My email for answer is ronmims99@bellsouth.net. Thanks Look forward to your suggestions, comments, and instructions.

Hello,

Run the Service diagnostics (steps 1 & 2) to check the thermistors as instructed in the attached tech sheet. Post the results.

Gene, thanks for reply dont have the capability to do a diagnostic check, but if you think replacing thermistor, I will give it a try, lot cheaper than other choices. Thanks again. Ron

Hi Ron,

A bad thermistor is only one of possibilities. You can give it a try but what are you going to do if it would not fix the problem?

Gene, I guess because I dont know that if the thermistor does not fix will have go to next part which is some kind of board? What do you think? Thanks Ron

Help, Help, Replaced both the Diffuser and thermistor and fridge still is freezing around 20 below zero. What are my next and best option of this refrigerator Model KSRS25CSMS01. Thanks and look forward to suggestions and comments. Ron
