I tried turning my oven on today. ALL buttons work except the "Start" button. Glass cook top and all burners work. Selecting buttons for oven or broiler work. Clock, cancel. Every button except the Start button. I did turn the breaker off, no luck there. I did take it apart and remove the "ribbon" and that did not fix it either. Any other suggestions before I give up on fixing it myself?

Very likely the problem is a bad membrane switch which is a part of the control panel. If you need the correct part number, post the color of it.
