I look in the bottom vent of the freezer where the evaporator coil is,it's clear. The problem that I see is the back wall to the top and bottom of the freezer was frozen.I defrost the ice by turning the temperature off. When I defrosted the freezer and turn it back on,it froze again.

With the freezer coils frozen, find the defrost timer behind the control panel and turn it till the compressor stops, then check for defrost action, if none, you either have a bad defrost heater, or defrost thermostat.
