During a normal wash cycle the fabric dispenser will not empty. I replaced the solenoid and it still does not dispense. When I enter the service mode the solenoid works and sends water to the dispenser.

If you open up the dispenser valve in Service Mode with water flowing to the Softener reservoir it will not flush out is that correct?

If so I think you need to clean out the Fabric dispenser drain hole with a pipe cleaner or something similar. See page 33 of the SM to remove the dispenser top cover.......Dick
