Hi nflordeliza

If you can post the complete model number of your washer I might be able to help you with your problem. The model number is located under the lid.

Gene.

I have a similar problem with an agitator on my Whirlpool washer that will not turn under its own power. I have ordered a cam and dogs kit and am looking for advice on how to install the kit. My model number is LSQ9564JT0.
