My washing machine has a direct drive transmission. The coupling inbetween is broken. The transmission only turns counter-clockwise. When I try to turn it clockwise it turns about half a rotation and stops. Is the trans broken? Which direction is it supposed to turn? From looking at the pump on the other end of the motor, it looks as if it is supposed to turn clockwise. Do I just have a broken coupler or a broken transmission? HELP
